We're having a party

I was observing that you consider yourself free to celebrate the death of a politician you dislike.

That disqualifies you from complaining about other people who celebrate the death of a politician they dislike.

It is no secret that I am glad to see the back of the Thatcher woman, and I have said why. There are millions of other UK citizens who feel the same way. I have no particular affiliation with each of those millions of people. Most of them I have never even met. So I do not accept guilt by association.

Are you planning to complain about people celebrating her passing?

But I have never complained about other people celebrating. I merely questioned your observation of my remark, when you yourself feel free to celebrate Thatcher's death.

It seems that she is fair game, but you found it worthy of remark that other people might feel the same way about the demise of other politicians.

It was you who made an observation in the first place. I have never complained.

so what are you on about? Neither have I. Plenty of other people have, though.

Maybe you shouldn't scrutinise other people's remarks, if you then go on to make remarks expressing the same sentiments. Albeit, remarks about different people.

This could go on all night, so I'll leave it for others to judge. In the unlikely event that they are still following this and are managing to remain concious.
