I don't understand a word. Do you know what language they are speaking?

English, with a strong Danish accent. Go to Denmark, it's amusing they sound like Geordies talking in a foreign language.

Small world, Eddie...I spent my teaching career at Kenton Comp
Born in Willington Quay, originally hailing from the garden city of Bedlington Station so I’m fluent in Pitmatic as well as Geordie.
John :)

There was me thinking you taught at Dame Allan's. I went to Wyndam Primary.

Must be how the Geordie accent come about...
I do know a Danish fella and thinking about it there may even be a Geordie strang in his English.

Do you remember Jan Mølby. Danish footballer playing for Liverpool. He had a great Scouse accent..

It is indeed, the Angles settled in the Tyneside area centuries ago and didn't move much.Hence the accent.

Just got in to find out some of my neighbours have been rather unkind about us off for not clapping at 8pm on a Thurs. What's with this virtue signalling bullying? If I were actually home I may have clapped once at the beginning but I'm out every night of the week between 7-9pm and my partner is free to chose whatever he wants to do and he's normally on the phone to his dad.
Last time I checked, we had free-will!! Rather amusing, people getting annoyed over not being seen to do the 'right thing' when in reality, they do nothing to actually tangibly help others with this virus..... !

Well, we have a family of covidiots next door to us. The whole family (mum, dad and 3 kids) go out visiting for a couple of hours and they have friends and family round too. The mums daughter from another relationship and her friend seem to spend a couple of days there and a couple of days somewhere else. Tonight, mum had her nephew round with his partner and their two kids....for the 8.00 clap! How they’ve not caught covid, **** knows - they must be the human equivalent of cockroaches.

Usually at 8pm we are putting my MIL to bed, sometimes it takes a little longer, normally we do a walking clap on our way home, sometimes its too late, everyone has their reasons
