Yes. Discovered it in South Africa when visiting the relatives 30 years ago, long before widely available in UK. Called Rooibos in Afrikans, it's high in antioxidants and other good stuff.

It's great stuff. Never drink normal tea now.... Try Red Bush Spiced it tingles your tongue....

A lazy day for me. A short, slow walk with the dog as she’s got a muscle injury on her n/s/f leg - she twisted it a few days ago when chasing a ball over the field - followed by a bit of telly and a snooze. I made dinner - prawn spaghetti followed by ice cream, strawberry’s and blueberries. My ice cream must be vanilla and must, must, must have.......................lots of freshly crushed black pepper on it. Try it, you’ll be surprised!

Andy
When she comes in from the garden, so that she doesn’t run into the lounge with wet, muddy feet, I have trained her to roll over onto a large towel. I then go through a ritual of drying her paws. I say "n/s/f, o/s/f, n/s/r, o/s/r as I dry her paws". She then stays there until I say"spare wheel" and pretend to dry her bum and she springs up and has a mad 5 minutes running around the house.
