Yes. Discovered it in South Africa when visiting the relatives 30 years ago, long before widely available in UK. Called Rooibos in Afrikans, it's high in antioxidants and other good stuff.
The last Redbush I had went back to her husband.

I have been sorting out the contents of our filing cabinets. Paper is our biggest enemy. I have managed to get two cabinets into one and have 3 bin bags full of shredded docs.
I find it hard to chuck stuff out, but realise if I don't force myself, I could easily end up with a house stuffed with shoite being unable to move around freely or enjoy my surroundings.

I can't understand why, when you shred a dozen pieces of paper, it fills a flipping carrier bag!
Now when I shred it I simply give it to my step-daughter who makes a lot of things with paper mache'. Happy all round.
