He was. Also his friend. The rest. I gained experience with a company that only employed 1st class honours. Due to application numbers they could. Times change. Assuming that intelligence levels are equal depends on what the term means and it will vary how ever it's measured.

Many people who are born here appreciate their origins. It's become a touchy subject to mention that but a lot depends on the terms used. As per black american, a term that is used by people of that race. I could say African British but didn't bother as little point. As I have worked along side a number of different origins I don't see this as racist. I'd also mention that they may discuss this aspect with me as they know I am definitely not. Various forms of racism exist even type casting - all seen the same way. Fact is just like us there are variations and the ideas gained that way are likely to be rubbish anyway.
