All illegal immigrants are criminals. The clue is in the name.
Yes, "illegal", but the problem is that the vast majority of immigrants are legal. Or would you care to (re)define "legal"

Did anybody actually read the link ?

Nobody is arguing to support any crime, but look at some of the background too ?

Gant linked to Cornwalllive: is that the one you meant?

A Reform Party (formerly the Brexit Party) spokesperson contacted CornwallLive to state that it did not support the protest, as claimed by Cornwall's Conservatives. However, we have seen a Reform UK Cornwall post inviting its supporters to attend.

I can't access the Torygraph link. Not fussed.

You mean exploit a situation for gain, old as the hills Farage has earned a good living out of leading his troops to the top of the hill and then ditching them.
The background to this is these ordinary men and women concerned about their childs welfare had exhausted the official channels and so went this route to voice their concerns.
One of the features to the background of this hotel issue is the unfairness of dumping them in the more deprived areas of the country. Manchester and Liverpool and surrounding areas being such examples.
The irony in al this being, liverpool has a history of taking in all colours and creeds being a seafaring port and their good nature is being played and exploited.

"NO BLACKS. NO IRISH. NO POOR."

Yeah, Liverpool has a fine tradition to uphold.

Zźzzzzzz that's because there are more white males here than of any other colour.

All illegal immigrants are criminals. The clue is in the name.

File under "already addressed" .

Next.
Don't talk rubbish. A % of them yes re the migration aspect, but certainly not when it comes to other crimes. It's simply not a logical stance. And of course numbers play a part, that's partly what I'm referring to. If there are 1000 crimes committed by UK born white men and 5 crimes by immigrants, if you remove all the immigrants all you've solved is a reduction in crime by 5. In the grand scheme of things, big deal.

I'm certainly not pro 'let everyone in', however I've got little time for arguments based on nothing more than isolationist waffle.

Where did I say fine tradition? I don't for one minute think it's all beer and skittles assimilating people of all colours and creeds, this dumping in deprived areas being an example. Something the people in the leafy suburbs of the country don't have to worry themselves about, but are quick to have an input on the situation.

The irony in al this being, liverpool has a history ...
I interpreted that as a 'fine tradition', with a twist of sarcasm.
The 'people in leafy suburbs' are usually sympathetic to people who've been forced to leave their homes after being bombed out of them. Or after an earthquake, as in Idlib, recently.
Seriously, Gant, what would you do after ten years of war in Idlib; would you stay?

So you don't think people are capable of being able to have a side to them that puts up with a bit of s*it?

If I had dependents I wouldn't leave them and go on a shopping expedition of which country I fancied getting bedded down in.
This country would certainly be a goer as it's hard to be deported from once your in

You'd bring them with you, no?
I'm amazed anybody is left in Idlib considering what the city has undergone since they were bombed by American, French and British aircraft; shelled by Syrian army, occupied by ISIS, then Turks and all the refugees pushed west by fighting in Mosul. Then, when you couldn't think it'd get any worse; an earthquake to really cap things off.
Fudge that for laughs.

I wasn't referring to idlib I was referring to the situation in hand where we have people in the main who are of fighting age, some from war torn countries and others who are not, who are economic migrants exploiting the situation.
