It might actually help if you were to shed your views on the subject instead, that way we can absorb other people's views as well to enhance our own views, and correct were we might be mislead. so go ahead let us have what you think went wrong and why, and who do you blame, and so on, tbh, I did not read all the posts, just a few before i started to shed my own views, be they may be wrong altogether.

No worries, I have just told him that whatever I will say, it will be completely unbiased views, and if he starts to tell me I am rsole, then I have already warned him what is going to happen to his boiler, even the most talented RGI won't be able to find anything wrong to fix the problem, as I never leave any marks behind!

And don't bother calling any RGi, they won't have a clue, and will tell you you need a new circuit board or worst still they will tell you to replace it with a new boiler and tell you need a power flush as well! even if you just had a power flush recently!

Now boys, just don't ruine my day any more, I have just had one of those calls from a call center from abroad, well you know the one I mean, trying to help you make an accident claim.

this makes my blood really boil, and my head just explodes, amazing how much energy I wasted in swearing at this call center employee, I could have probably heated my whole house for free for an hour! what a waste of time these call centers and claims helpline barstewards.

I squarely blame them for the escalating cost of my car insurance. I spoke to them like Maggy once did!
