I wonder what the right wing brexxers will say about inflation caused by the Don's imminent tariffs, will they blame and complain, like they have with Reeves budget. U.K. is a medium sized economy
America is a global economic superpower

We never had any negotiating power, any trade deal was only ever going to be: “we will fax over the deal we want, U.K. will sign it and send it back”


Also America is a member of the WTO, so if it abides by the GATT / Most favoured nation rules any tariff Trump imposes should be the same for all WTO members.

So there won’t be any tariff negotiations, Labours position on Trump has no relevance

Tariffs were a main part of his campaign speeches. He especially liked to single out China (60% ). Matters not now that he's hawked his Chinese made bibles.
