Civilians get hurt and displaced
Because Russia invaded Ukraine. There are far too many excuses still being made for Russia's actions.

Who is. I'm not. Comments about what wars do and how they are fought are not excuses for either side. They are fact of life. Realise it. The fact that the war started is an entirely different area. There are far too many excuses still being made for Russia's actions.
Russians are terrible liars. And then 2 rockets hit a train station. So far 39 dead, people trying to evacuate. Russian counter - not rockets of the type we are using so a provocation.

More Syria style than Iraq. Russia are reusing their approach from there.A Russian spokesperson summarised their situation. They are trying to avoid killing civilians and the only way of taking a city quickly is to flatten it. They have been doing some things Iraq style for that very reason and likely to have added some thoughts of their own due to what happened in Iraq. They wont be given any credit for that for obvious reasons. Illegal war and not the only one.
You are, just not clearly.Who is. I'm not.
Final stages now?
Russia bombs its way forward, the West's defensive missiles run out, don't get there or get overwhelmed.
Actually a senior Ukrainian soldier just said it's a fake.Ukraine's response has been to say we will investigate and punish if it's true.
it's not clear because I am not doing what you suggest. I've passed no comment that one side is better or worse than the the other etc just that these things generally do happen in wars. Fact of life. It's pretty obvious which side is worse. You are, just not clearly.

When you include comments about both sides being "naughty" you imply false equivalence. It's like giving equal weight to climate science deniers or flat earthers to scientists. That there are two sides doesn't mean they are equal.
Russia's consistent response to any allegations of war crimes has been to say it's a fake. Ukraine's response has been to say we will investigate and punish if it's true.

It's seems Russia helped a lot out of Mariupol along the coast and then into Ukraine or into Russia if they wanted. Scarcely mentioned.

They're not exactly overflowing with the best tech for the job though are they.https://www.armyrecognition.com/rus...tic_missile_data_sheet_specifications_uk.html
If -1 is model A it's from 1975. All are inertial guidance. All that can be said about that is an odd one to use for a truly precision hit. They should be more than aware of that.
