I've just taken a short detour into a propaganda and claim/counterclaim website -> twitter-> Telegram. I won't bother again, it's about 0.5% informative.
Yes those missiles are in use by the Ukies but Russia still have some, though they officially stopped using them some time ago.

Unless the thing shows up on some independent radar, we'll probably never know who fired it.
Bottom line - who would gain from the hit? Well, nobody militarily, it's a poor target. If you want to stop the railway being used, blow a bridge. It wasn't a building-breaker, big crater missile. Each side can try to use it for propaganda.

The West won't ever believe the Russians didn't fire it so it'll probably do more towards getting Ukraine more aid.

Cluster bombs are designed to kill people while doing minimum damage to buildings and infra-structure. The pattern of damage at the incident at Kramatorsk station suggests it was a cluster bomb.

At the end of one of the hardest battles 2x Argentine prisoners identified themselves as US mercenaries. Much communication went back & forth, a few hours later the order came through to "shoot them, bury them deep".

Might be BS, but it comes from a 2 Para Sgt I know was on that hill !
