Those missiles come in a tube like we see, with a fancy name, with the bomblets or whatever inside which are dropped before the tube thing comes down. I learned this on my sortie to the sewer side, so it may not be true. They can carry things like cluster bombs full of anti-personnel flechettes, and don't necessarily make a crater at all. Thunderbird 4 came to mind.
I saw several nuanced translations for whatever was written on the side of the case, things like "on behalf of the children", so that's a bit hard to deduce anything from.
Or "
'for what has been done to the children'"
Shot down - range is 120km I think I read, so it could have been on the way to anywhere. The Ukies are using them, so that's plausible. I don't care, it's still the Russians' fault.
