If he's going for genocide, I wouldn't give him a very good mark.
300 missile/bomb strikes , and 7 dead. That's a lot of collateral damage.

Was the Moskova scuttled to hide the damage that strongly supports the claims that it was hit by at least one missile

It seems that there were over 1,000 strikes last night and railway included this time. Russia requests them to lay down their arms. Answer as expected. Stuff pouring into Donbas. No details of where the hits were so far.

Mariupol finished according to reports another time allowed to surrender if not special forces move in. Which - no comments.

Oh forgot also reports that our Gov has been hacked some how, some where by use of Israel's hacking stuff that one of their companies sell.

A number of Syrian fighters appear to have arrived in Russia for military training ?

apparently 22000 Syrians have registered with the Russian military ?

and approx 18000 with the Russian Wagner group ?

I was about to say the same , but 1200+. Vlad has obviously been reading my posts, (as said by me, FACT ;) ), and doing the bleedin obvious hitting supply lines..
Presumably civvies won't be able to get out, now, but there wouldn't be many perhaps. There were a couple of million, and 44000 Ukranian army(Zelesny). Quite a small proportion of the people were actually pro Russian, around 20%. They didn't like Kyiv , claiming i.a. they were paying loads in taxes, but they were paying about 1.7bn and getting 3.5bn back from the government. I saw it described as like the US's rustbelt, now, with only memories of importance.
Russia has a few more cobatants there already, but a mixture -- Wagner, Cossaks , Chechens etc see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/War_in_Donbas
Maybe even a few Syrians?

What now? If Putin doesn't get tired of it, he wins. https://www.19fortyfive.com/2022/04/the-battle-for-donbas-will-be-a-tough-fight-for-ukraine/
One niche not mentioned is the resupply of the Russian s already in Donbas. If they control the ports, that's a big advantage.

I think we can forget about resupplies from the west - they surely won't get through.

Report a couple of days ago says Russia shot down a Ukranian Transport plane full of western arms, around Odessa.
T'was also a bleedin obvious thing to do.

Other than the Wagner that is their usual mix. They certainly have Chechens shown on BBC mentioning that they can be uncontrollable. I'd be more inclined to say that about the more extreme muslem anti Russia ones that are probably still around on Ukraine's side. Wagner, a lot of innuendo and uncertainty about that lot. They will do what they are paid to do and have mercenaries from all over in. Africa is definitely a recruiting zone. One bloke had a rather large number of 1,000's on his books. Pay is the attraction as it is with the IS lot.

The man from USA who helped train Ukraine was on again. He feels they have a chance with a big but - weapons but Russia may find it's troops spread to thinly. The people in around the Donbas area have had previous experience of waves of soldiers passing though. There is a high chance that lots will have moved out who ever they back. Actually a beeb interview in one place ~300 people and that seems to have happened. That and I suspect more open country means that they could use weapons that they wouldn't on towns. If certain weapons have been used up the helicopters will probably come out. No fun at all for ground troops.

The Ukraine's have said they have beaten back 7 attacks, destroyed a tank and ;) I can't remember, the tank was the highlight. I did see shots of Ukraine tanks with low turrets which suggest they do have some more recent ones. Also an older on being used. They fire several shots and then move before what ever it is the Russians send back gets there. The Ukraine's will be defensive so Russia has to attack on the face of things but I wonder, Drones and laser guided etc. Little is known about Russian drones other than what has been shown at arms fairs. Zelensky was upset that Israel sold Russia 12 strike drones when he was talking to them also likened his situation to the holocaust. It didn't seem to go down well.

The USA man reckoned that as they need to hold am a 9km^2 steel works in Mariupol they currently have 60,000 troops for pure Donbas work. No one really knows how many of what is in the steel works.

All in all still very TBD and a solution could mean one hell of a lot of dead Ukrainian soldiers and may take some time.

It does look like Russia has control of the Ukraine's airspace which means anything flying in it can be shot down who ever owns it.

No comment on how I feel about this or about what I think has been going on.

Said on the news that them 2 brits
The Russians captured may or will be put on trial as mercenaries ?
