They’re dealing out swift justice to the rioters

One wonders what sentence a wife of a nasty party Councillor will get...

Linky Linky

She was quoted on social media as saying...

“Mass deportation now, set fire to all the f****** hotels full of the bastards for all I care…

"If that makes me racist, so be it.”

Funnily enough a poster on here who has now totally lost the plot echoed that last line some time ago!
It's not illegal to be racist. Its not illegal to say you are a racist and its not illegal to use a definition that someone else has used and say so what.

It's action or the provocation of action or hatred that is the issue.

It's illegal to spread words that incite racial hatred. It doesn't matter if they're your words or someone else's.
As you've said, it's the intent that is important, and the pattern of behaviour that make it easy to demonstrate that intent.

It's illegal to spread disinformation, especially if that disinformation is designed to incite racial hatred.
For example, persistently telling people that the RNLI are being used as a taxi service, and producing false information to support your conspiracy,

It one aspect it's a shame that we're not required to provide ID for this social media site. It would make it very easy for the RNLI to organise a defamation lawsuit.
According to you they are millions of £s out of pocket.

Unfortunately you are in the habit of spreading disinformation so your words are not to be trusted.
lies and misquoting noted.

Let's have a look at this law you are claiming I have broken. Post it up.

The Racial and Religious Hatred Act 2006 (c. 1) is an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom which creates an offence in England and Wales of inciting hatred against a person on the grounds of their religion.

and how does that relate to stating that the RNLI are offering a taxi service for illegal immigrants from France? A fact I backed up with AIS data from several RNLI SARS vessels along with information they published about how many people they had ferried from the English Channel to the UK

Can you tell me where there is hatred of religion?

Or do you want to give up now?

You did it persistently to stir up hatred against asylum seekers, and to defame the RNLI.
You argued a false argument, a racist argument, for any data that you had.

Defamation is different to inciting hatred.

Agree - but the issue with rioting is the offences all escalate without any real difference in the guilty mind.

The pro Hamas protestors mostly got away with suspended sentences, primarily because the protests were largely peaceful. Had the so called far right protests occurred peacefully the government would actually have a real problem on their hands.
How so?

Unless I'm misreading your post, if the recent riots had simply been peaceful (in the true sense of the word) protests and not riots, there would have been no arrests surely?

But they weren't peaceful protests, they were full scale riots.
