Sorry to burst your bubble, but if that happened, those leaving Africa were the more advanced, and interbred with the neanderthals, those existing in Europe at the time. Therefore the Africans brought intelligent evolution to the Europeans, at that time.

Can you please explain why there is racism between other races. Racism isn't just white 'against' black, thankyou very much.

The racism against blacks by white people was invented by whites to justify slavery, when it began during the 17 century.
Other sorts of 'racism' is now recognised, such as racism due to religion, culture, etc.

It may be a racist Slur by Guy Gibson , but the RAF used the same slur as a code name to say the Dam was breached, this is where history is being rewriten . does this mean Operational war code names must now be changed because they may offend people .

And the RAF do not want to be associated with racist slurs, so they have removed the headstone.
There is no headstone for the dam raid. The code word can be allowed to disappear into history. As a code word, it had no importance.
