All I posted were some facts that there were a large number of international observers and that the election was rated as free. Also that any unfairness was on the side of the sitting President who was notoriously corrupt. Hardly something to get sick about!

Well, obviously, I wasn't an election inspector in Ukraine in 2019. But I will try to get appointed as one for their next election so that I can report to you first hand. Better still, why don't you come with me?

I can't find any up to date stats on how many Russia citizens lived in ukraine at the time but it must have been a good percentage.
How would a Russia 'observer' to the election influence the outcome?

I guess you mean Ethnic Russians who were Ukrainian citizens living in Ukraine….they were Ukrainian.
