A new thermostatic shower cartridge. Brand new, off eBay, nearly a hundred quid cheaper than RRP.
Paid for Susie’s annual check up and jab at the vets today - £71.50 including a written private prescription for six months supply of Nexgard Spectra tick/flea/heartworm tablets. They cost me another £42 which is about a third of the price if I’d have bought them from the vet. There goes Saturday savings!
Your roses look well; always nice to see late bloomers at this time of year.I bought a dog car seat cover, it'll be better than the mish mash of old towels I'd been using.
Later this morning, I'm going to pick up a cushion/window sill protector that I commissioned the local upholsterer to make. I had a new living room window fitted last month, it goes down to 350mm from the floor so that the dog can lie there and look out the window.

I've got 'em all. Waitrose, Tesco, Nectar, Boots, Superdrug, Boots, Co-op, John Lewis, M&S, Matalan, Halfords, B&Q etc. I don't carry the physical cards with me, they don't cost anything and I store all those on the Stocard app on my phone so they are always with me.The checkout lady at Sainsburys told me today that if you pick up a Nectar card in store, but don't register it, you can still get Nectar prices on your shopping. It's good for those, like me, who are still unsure about the whole loyalty card system.
