It took 10 seconds on google. It's no secret. So I assume your 'question' was rhetorical. It didn't require an answer.
It also explains why they suspended the AZ vaccine.
They continued to use other vaccines.

It's a fair question. A quick search would show that Sweden for example paused AZ. It wouldn't show that they restarted a while later.

We all know other vaccines are safe. I’m just wondering how many countries still don’t use it. We know the UK doesn’t, how many more ?
