How many countries banned the AZ vaccine.

The AZ vaccine is cheaper and more portable than the mRNA vaccines but has more side effects.

For the UK the Moderna and Phizer vaccines are better as we can manage the cost and distribution and want fewer adverse effects. Which is why we're using them almost exclusively even though AZ is still licensed for use. If the mRNA ones hadn't surfaces we'd still be using AZ, but we might not have rolled it out to as large a fraction of the population.

If your point is that the mRNA vaccines are even safer than a vaccine that was still a massive lifesaver then I think we can agree.

The risk/benefit ratio of vaccines is always part of the decision on what to recommend and what to not recommend. Shopping for the best option doesn't mean another option shouldn't have been used.

So I suppose the answer is: none?

It isn't banned anywhere that I know of, but it isn't currently prescribed in quite a few developed nations.

I've got a cunning plan for yous guys. If you think the vaccine is duff, don't take it. If you think it's a really good thing take it.

Good idea but remember - if you don't take it you still have to pay for it.

Most folk take it to prevent ones self having a severe reaction to a disease/virus.

Just saying

Like every other vaccine, medicine and health remedy that is available as part of our NHS.

And your point is?
Is it really a revelation to you that governments have to buy medicine from private laboratories? Where did you think medicine comes from?
