You obviously are in need of a psychiatrist. Many areas of the country have tiny numbers of illegals it's the same the world over in all developed countries. Periodically they get found. Usually being used in numbers. They are about because it's not possible to stop some arriving. Clearly they all come here to go to B'ham Poly and can't speak English. The lorry load of Chinese - kitted out as per a slave ship a lot more could be got in. Actually they were Vietnamese. 39 of them packed into a reefer as the trade call them to bypass dog checks at the ports. They are air tight. Go to any major city in the UK and you will find a mix of colours. A high proportion of all will have been born here. Figure out why. Often when race is viewed as bad 1/2 million students on visas are included plus others. Education and race indicates that some races are much more determined to get qualification than others or given posts like yours maybe they are more intelligent than you at least. I'm inclined to think that due to background they try harder. Driven by parents.
Refugees are another area. International law says they have to be admitted. They are legal. They tend to come from areas with tribal problems run by some despot. A number of countries run by similar never have problems or another despot wants to gain power. Figure out why some of these happen yourself and who started them,
People who get here illegally eventually have problems as they don't exist. They can't for instance get a legal job so generally they will be exploited. Not being able to speak English helps with that. If you hear some race chatting in their own language don't assume they can't speak English. They are no different to a lot and increasing numbers of Welsh. Some Irish can speak their own language as well and do when they feel like it.
