Oh FFS. Not again!

You can't keep accepting millions of mouths to feed without massive problems. Unless you want to be like a Titanic lifeboat that risks capsize if you keep dragging people out of the water
millions huh?

29,437 arrived by small boat in 2023

not "millions"

At some stage, in the future, someone will have to get tough because the flood has to be stopped
So you dont want them coming to the UK

which country do you think should take more then?

I'm fed up of us being the dustbin of the world !
we arent

no wonder you are getting all worked up, you are believing lies

We should only accept migrants that are any use to us
you mean like nurses, care workers, hospitality workers, cleaners, courier drivers

oh and those foreign students coming here paying huge sums for college courses

Pay less tax rather than more pay.
Why should migrants pay the same tax and insurance into the system as everyone else, if they are denied access to the same services as everyone else.
Because they often come here with illnesses that are very expensive to treat having paid nothing into the system. When I went to South Africa to work, I paid tax etc but I still had to undergo a full medical and take out health insurance before being granted a work permit plus a job offer and a place to live and that was only given because they couldn’t get a qualified South African to do the job. Same with Mrs Mottie (to be) before she got a work permit to train people on 'Golf ball' typewriter’s. Perhaps if they (and any dependants) come over under the same conditions, that could work.

We also have quite strict rules on obtaining work visas.

And South Africa also have their own similar "boat people" problems.

I want some number for those that need treatment.

Dont have any actual numbers but I do know that the majority of Hep B and C patients being treated locally are non-English. African, Chinese and Polish mainly.

It's percentages that count when you are talking about NHS funding going to non-U.K. born residents who've paid virtually feck all in to the NHS pot or dont you agree on that? If, for example, the percentage of non-U.K. born people in the U.K. was, say, 15%, you'd expect the percentage of those receiving Hepatitis treatment to be roughly the same. It ain’t. It’s nearer 70%. Open your blinkered eyes and work out why that is.
