That's one thing that did surprise me, how Russia can be at the forefront in terms of hypersonic missiles etc, yet have such antiquated equipment for ground forces.

They have been talking about that today. Maybe they may decide to contribute more in some respect. The problem is that they can not stop sending it as we all know. Oil not mentioned and the same problem exists out of the EU.
