Putin, arse, elbow

In terms of warheads Russia usually holds a few more than the ones that could come their way. This is why some say they have more than any other country. It was much the same with ICBM's with single warheads. Sick world - those were limited via a treaty and along comes multiple warheads in one ICBM.

They are failing

No they don’t.

Bless you Notch, for your childish ignorance. I don't think anyone on here wants Putin to win, but your 'four legs good, two legs bad' is a little immature. The Ruskis do have lot's of Nukes, more than us, it is possible they will use them, or are you really deluded enough to think that something in the Maastricht treaty will frighten them enough to prevent it.

Single words aren't convincing.

WHy do I not hope the first
are they making progress in the east?
third - what do the Ukranians have more of?

It's not a race, it's more of a siege.

A friendly Russia also means cheap Oil, Coal and Gas that the west can't cut off.

Just a moment, let me check that

"Cheap oil, coal and gas"

You are suggesting that Russia will sell oil, coal and gas below world market prices

Thus reducing their income.

Is that what you really believe?

Well, they were certainly selling it below the price it is now, far below, so I'd consider that 'cheap'. Of course now, via conflict and the stupidity of the EU placing their entire reliance on those exports, despite the advice of the rest of the western powers, the price has indeed gone up, in fact, it's very expensive. Russia are de facto currently controlling the worlds energy prices, with the help of Germany of course.

https://oilprice.com/Energy/Oil-Prices/Russian-Oil-Is-Too-Cheap-To-Resist-For-China-And-India.html

In response to Putin’s aggression in Ukraine, many countries have introduced total bans on Russian crude.
As a result, Russia has been forced to sell its oil at a heavy discount.
The steep discount is making it impossible for India and China to resist.
Yes.

Why else would imports of Russian oil be increasing since March? Of course I don't think you actually checked that.

Wasn't the UK defence secretary claiming that Russian government was in contravention of the Geneva convention when they put captured Ukranian militants on show.

Yes, that is true

Why the double standards.

The Russian put captured Ukrainian soldiers on show. They had no option

The Russian soldiers at the press conference had surrendered when they realised they were fighting civilians. They then asked for the press conference in order to get the message across that Putin was lying to the troops he had ordered into the Ukraine.

Putin is using the fear of nuclear escalation as blackmail
and you both are falling for it.

If NATO are meek and let Putin conquer Ukraine, he will be emboldened and may invade Moldova, Lithuania etc

The nuclear threat is there whether NATO and the West do nothing or get involved.

The longer NATO stay meek, the greater Putins aggression and the greater the nuclear threat.

Putins war machine has been enabled by London, the worlds greatest laundering centre.

but you don’t want to talk about that, you just want to play your childish EU hatred. You only hate the EU because you’ve been brainwashed

Putting captured P.O.Ws on show for propaganda purposes is against the Geneva convention on the treatment of prisoners.
A prisoner of war is in no position to give consent to anything, that is why it is strictly prohibited.

Why is it that these days it is the left wingers who are mad for war with foreign countries.

The Geneva convention generally go’s down the collective toilet in war situations

the Russian army in Bucha did not think to disable the towns 30 (?) security cameras

that and other surveillance methods (?) have supplied 30 terabytes of data

producing high quality images of Russian faces

looting
Torture
Rape
Executions

The Russian soldiers in the Press Conference asked for the press conference.

Putting captured P.O.Ws on show for propaganda purposes

The Russian soldiers in the Press Conference asked for the press conference not for propaganda but to try and get the message to the rest of the Russian army that they had been lied to, to make the point to other Russian military that their leaders were lying to them.

If you consider that granting the soldier's wish to be heard was propaganda by the Ukrainians then so be it, others may consider it was a humanitarian action by those soldiers to end the invasion and the loss of life and suffering it is causing.
