60 buses were mentioned as being available. Who has got out - not really enough info around. Russia has shown some but Russia. They would be checked in Russia. Those into Ukraine last time I heard hadn't arrived where they are expected - the place beginning with Z.
All buses get stopped at Russian and Ukraine check points. That I assume was part of the UN's negotiations. Soldiers must remain was mentioned. Zelensky isn't happy about that. So on the face of things exits to Ukraine wont be quick. That aspect was used to explain delays. AlJ, BBC just mentioned some had got out. How many is being disputed.
AlJ also showed blast damage from missiles ~50km out from the Donetsk fighting area. It landed near to an apartment block. They didn't show or mention what else was near so may have been something critical.
