There is no such thing as "two tier policing"

I will continue to believe that two-tier policing exists in this country, along with two-tier CPS charging decisions and Judges' sentencing, until the two muslim thugs who started the fighting at Manchester Airport by viciously attacking the Police Officers, have been charged, convicted and sent to prison.
That's a very simple way to decide.

Really need a local to keep an eye on the news and let us know.

Because it's been almost 3 weeks now and the Police are apparently 'still investigating' despite the footage clearly showing that they attacked the Police first
I'm quite happy to wait as long as it takes to get the full truth and the final outcome.

Of course it could all be ignored and swept under the carpet and be 2 tier policing.

My money is on the system working

Have you seen all the footage and read all the statements?

How long do you think cases like this normally take?
I see no reason at all for not charging them given the strength of the video evidence against them.

Obviously, a court case would not happen within about 48 hours because they're not rioters and they're not likely to plead guilty.

You don't see any reason, so a court case isn't needed?

They require evidence, from all sides

Yes, I've seen the footage of them attacking the Police and it speaks for itself. There is no need to read the statements to know what they did.

So the police can lock them up directly? No court needed ?

It could be two to three years to get to trial standard for this sort of crime, though they may fast track because of the public profile. I’d be very surprised if there no serious charges arising out of it..
