When any one of the five nations can apply a veto to block a proposal it reduces the whole excercise to nothing more than a show of hands.
No wonder Russia and China remain cynical about the UN while America maintains this position on Israeli actions.
The Palestinian spokesman has given eloquent reminders of their position.
It does have the intention, it wants to clear out Jews from the river to the sea….I’m surprised Palestinians haven’t turned that into a chant.

If Israel gives more freedom to Palestinians it gives more freedom to Hamas.
I just can’t see citizens of Israel voting for a govt that would have a manifesto policy of giving up Israel land to Palestinians…even though it was their land to begin with
