154 mph

Ugg Firestorms handle like a shopping trolley with a stuck wheel!!!

That fugly beastie is nowhere as sexy as a Katana, but then again they didnt handle the best either lol. Whats that one like?

Probably handles crap compared to todays bikes, but it outhandles me, so thats enough for me.

Got a hard tail tucked in the back of the garage, so everything handles pretty good to me.

Well, seems like I'm not the fastest, but around 170 is the fastest I've been in a car. little bends seem like very sharp corners at that speed, but the adrenaline rush is worth it :D

yeah yeah..........you drive like a pensioner....on a Sunday (minus the flat cap)

ill get me coat >>>>>>>>> :p

I drive safely, I have 3 kids, the 170 was on a track.

OK-ish, never really went far on it, did a couple of trips to Belgium, one to The Shetlands and one to Norway....

Long time ago though, not sure if I could cope now..

Nice one, never saw the point of a Harley until a trip to Florida and hired one.
Rode it all over the place and always got off as if I wasnt on a bike at the end of the day.

Electra Glide FLX something or other, full dresser.

Got a photo somewhere i`ll dig it out if I can find it.

I take it you weren't caught in one of those sudden downpours they have there then, or you'd have been like a drowned rat.

Oh yeah, great fun. They gave me some waterproofs but by the time you had pulled over and got them out of the panniers you were soaked anyway.

A giggle anyway, and your dry 10 mins later.

Now soaked here in -4 is another matter and not a laughing one

I once squeezed 4000mph out of my Yamazaki Megaboster R9BILLION on the wolverhampton ring road. Hardcore.

At the time I had a Ducati SD900 for the summer and the Harley was my winter bike, also had a Yamaha XT500 for when it got really rough

Still got all of them in boxes at the back of the garage, one day when I get a bit more time and space I will rebuild them.

Got a single garage with 5 complete bikes in it, and the parts for the "projects" so its like musical chairs trying to get anything done..

Ever get to Matlock?
Got a few friends in Chesterfield and pop up there when I can

I get to Box hill and Bury Hill when I can.

http://www.belm.org.uk/

Been going there on and off for 35 years or so.

Matlock is about 10 miles up the road from me, I have been going there same as you for about 35 years, but generally nowadays we will call in there if we are passing, but don't often make a specific journey there.

I used to live in Chesterfield, drank in the Green Room, the Derby Tup.

Sometimes go to MFN

Most of my trips out on the bike these days are for the RBR
http://www.roundbritainrally.co.uk/about.htm

RBR looks good.

It is good, but is also very addictive, but you never waste a good day thinking where shall I go today.

I am already planning a trip in June heading up the east half of the country to Aberdeen, over to The Shetlands and then back to Aberdeen across the top of Scotland and down the West half of the country to home..

Most Bank Holiday weekends are spent out on the bike somewhere.

I say lets all get naked and wrestle then eat some macho flavoured sandwiches washed down with some extra strength testoterone ale.

GRRRRRRR!
