So yes in his opinion jesus hchrist what is so hard with I DONT THINK as opposed to him saying I KNOW there is no credible case . I DONT SEE THAT AS LIKELY meaning he cant rule it out .

I don't know exactly what type of arrangement she is claiming they had. It's certainly not your typical middle class situation.

I don't know what a typical middle class situation is, but it's irrelevant. HMRC allow you exactly one home as a married couple. I suspect "like most ordinary people" that works out just fine. But no amount of special living arrangements changes the fact that she cannot dispose of a house that she is not living in and claim it was her home. She should have done that prior to getting married.
