It doesn't matter what she claimed was her main home or if she claims they didn't move in together until 2015. She got marred in 2010. Game over. A married couple can only have one home for CGT purposes.

I haven't seen a single claim that argues they moved in to her house.

Labour's Angela Rayner was forced to flee out the back door of a pub this afternoon, after a campaign event was hijacked by tax protestors.
Ms Rayner was visiting Teesside with Labour's Shadow Chancellor Rachel Reeves when the campaign stunt disrupted their plans.
Walking down Yarm highstreet, Ms Rayner was seen hiding under an umbrella as activists wearing 'Tax inspector' high-vis vests unveiled a giant banner reading: "Angela Rayner: Tax dodger?"
That isn't the issue.
She has stated that she didn't move in with her husband until after she sold her house. However improbable that may sound, that is what she has said.
