It doesn't matter what she claimed was her main home or if she claims they didn't move in together until 2015. She got marred in 2010. Game over. A married couple can only have one home for CGT purposes.

he moved in to hers - he didn't
or she moved in to his - she did.

CGT due from the point they got married - at the latest.
Correct.

I don't see what the problem is. Just because a few Daily Wail Tory voters claim otherwise, doesn't amount to a hill of beans.

Angela is in the clear.

except she isn't

The CGT is not the real issue that is the deceit, cover up (failed) and lies that are. This person could be the deputy PM soon.

The implication from what AR has said is that hers was the home where PRR was available.
That implies she should have declared CGT minus the PRR for 2007-2009/10
I haven't seen a single claim that argues they moved in to her house.

As we know from her tweet, she hasn't claimed that at all.

Labour's Angela Rayner was forced to flee out the back door of a pub this afternoon, after a campaign event was hijacked by tax protestors.

Ms Rayner was visiting Teesside with Labour's Shadow Chancellor Rachel Reeves when the campaign stunt disrupted their plans.

Walking down Yarm highstreet, Ms Rayner was seen hiding under an umbrella as activists wearing 'Tax inspector' high-vis vests unveiled a giant banner reading: "Angela Rayner: Tax dodger?"

I don't know how to say this politely...

when she moved in with her hubby is irrelevant, unless it was before she got hitched.
