Trump? Definitely not. His speech has gotten so much worse since 2016 and he's even less able to keep to a train of thought.
So Joe is ok to run the USA ?
He's doing a reasonable job at the moment but he clearly doesn't have the energy to do that and run for election again at the same time. He did need to pull out.
Here is Trump in a Fox press interview whining about how the Democrats are destroying the economy…..whilst the bottom of the screen shows the Dow Jones index live….+500 on the day

Of course the leader of the United States needs good people around them.
Which makes the issues Trump has with finding and retaining talent even more of a problem. Having to find a new VP pick because you tried to have your last one lynched is a bit of an issue.
Everything seems fine in the USA, the only thing having a major meltdown is Demented Don
There was a lot of irony being missed when he tried to give a speech about the cost of living crisis at a Golf club he owns whose membership price has just hit $1million.
