It's the sort of thing usually supported by angry right wingers. That's why I used the shorthand gammon in my first post. It's certainly sparked a revealing debate.

Aussie = short for Australia. Not offensive

Gammon = white man. You've gone out of your way to use a derogatory word for a white man.

I'm guessing Jonathan you are black. It's a common name for a black man. But you have the cover of the internet to hide your colour.

If people say they find it offensive , I believe you should respect that.
