Tory Leadership Race

So how many so I can work out a return? Why euro? If in the EU not much use to the UK in terms of jobs. Questions about where any tax goes as well.
I've filled the UK positions, nothing more complex than that.

I repeat for the last time - If you want people to earn more, you need to help them develop the skills to be more valuable
they did earn more in 2010 and costs were lower

in the last 14 years, austerity has meant stagnant wage growth for the lower paid and huge rises for the wealthy

So why cant we get back to 2010 levels of wages?

Let's put our receptionist on a training course so that she can do some useful fee generating work, when not signing visitors in. Now we can justify her higher pay.
Why would you pay her more when you could squeeze more out of her for the same money

Because she is worth more to my business and someone else's business as a result of her additional skills.

If I don't pay her the going rate, for someone of with the skills she now has, she will be poached.

how much would that salary be in 2010?
about 120k I would say.

You're gonna have to show some evidence to back that link up.

Government Austerity causes stagnant wage growth across all sectors in the UK.
Discuss.

I would politely suggest you go back and look at the question you asked. You do not need to know "how many" to work out the return. The question of tax was too broad to answer.

Its not swerving.

I'm asking you to define it. You seem to be struggling with that.

you say it's a whole shift of attitude and policy that's needed.

Yep - you need to understand that wages relate to business value, as do the existence of jobs.
Well swerved.

Why don't you just answer the basic question rather than trying to change the direction.

Some might think your clever. Others see you as floundering

Badenoch is the furthest right and that is who the lunatic tory faithful will go for.

I had hoped for Cleverly, but clearly he is just a bit too normal for the tory nutters

(and so much for the far right being racist!)

They have lessons to learn - it doesn't look like they are ready to learn them. Still plenty of time to get their s**t together.

That's the horse I would have backed, had I been a Tory, as I said at the beginning of the race. All the candidates need to do is mention The Witch a few times in their speeches and it's in the bag.
