This went under the radar

This judgement should serve as a warning to the anti-moslem brigade in here who regularly post slander against Islamic culture and get away with it.

They are called soldiers or policemen and are expected to follow a code of behaviour.
When they choose on who to visit violence, according to their own ideology, they become those who would do us harm.

Nice try, but the truth is better...

Sentenced to 31 months and will likely serve about 13 months, for calling on folk to set fire to hotels housing asylum seekers, amongst a load of other hate filled bile.
the wording in the sentance
Clearly unpleasant language and thoughts, but in itself she is just saying that she does not care if attacks on migrants took place - the pertinent words being "for all I care". So has she been convicted for not caring!

it is more clear that she is calling for an attack on the "treacherous government and politicians". but she does not appear to have been convicted of that.

But if you stretched your imagination, could you not possibly see that those 'rough men' might be the ones in the services - police and army???:idea::idea:

Remember this quote is quite old, so may apply to the police before they were feminised, drove cars with pride rainbows all over them and turned themselves into a branch of social services.

(Somehow it loses something when you have to explain everything to liberals, especially some other posts containing humour. )
Policing is by consent. When it becomes unequal domination of the civil population, depending on the ideology of the police, it is called totalitarianism.
When the 'police' unite to cover their own crimes it is called corruption.

Over 2 years for saying that you don't care!

Precisely. She was not sentenced for "not caring".
If 'not caring' was a reason for a jail term, Mottie would be serving a life sentence.
All the Reform supporters would be behind bars. LOL.
you’d expect a crowd like this to have worked out Farage long ago. ...They appear to buy into his act entirely. They know he’s a fraud but they don’t care. At least he’s an entertaining fraud.

But I thought your employment tribunal judge said it was lawful? Or is the ruling of an employment tribunal irrelevant to criminal law? Make up your mind.

The important thing to consider on this case, is that when the defendant pleads guilty, the evidence is not tested. So there can be no speculation either way.

So the wife of a councillor did not understand the offence or could not afford legal representation?
So she pled guilty?

It is lawful to legitimately criticise the actions of the Zionist government of Israel - it is illegal to condemn the existence of israel.
Spot the difference?

Again, why did she plead guilty if she wasn't.

Or was it an acceptance that she knew she was guilty and didn't try to worsen her case, under advice.

We all knew (well most of us) that she was.

Ahh right you still don’t get it.
